The construction of the Shell is crafted using molded fiber and traditional paper to make it recyclable. Molded fiber is an alternative to molded plastics and is an innovative example of how we create custom molded pieces that are non-toxic to the environment. Molded fiber is a sustainable mixture of bamboo and bagasse. Within the Shell are five paper palettes that are a swivel construction with specialty decoration. Additionally, molded fiber allows us to play with volume which in turn enables us to enhance the tactile experience when the customer holds the packaging.
